Returns Policy
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied without quality issues, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and a double shipping fee will apply if the shipment is rejected. After the returned item is received and inspected at the GUARDIANOFLOVE warehouse, a refund will be processed with applicable shipping deductions.
To initiate a return, please contact GUARDIANOFLOVE Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to properly pack and ship the item. For self-paid returns, contact customer service directly to get the return address.
Refunds for non-quality issues will be issued within 14 business days after the returned item is received and verified. If 30 days have passed since purchase or the product has been used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Shipping
